resolve_synonyms_ncbi(x, dir = NULL, quiet = FALSE)

Arguments

x

A DNAbin or DNAStringSet Object

dir

A directory containing the NCBI taxonomy that was downloaded using get_ncbi_taxonomy()

quiet

Whether progress should be printed to console
